Separation type: Liquid Chromatography Mixed-mode
Primesep D was used to separate the antibiotics marbofloxacin, norfloxacin, josamycin, and flumequine. Primesep D is a reverse-phase column with embedded basic ion-pairing groups designed for analysis of plasma. This m ethod is compatible with LC/MS and prep chromatography.
