HILIC Separation of Hydroxypiperidine and Impurities

Primesep 200 mixed-mode column is used in HILIC/cation-exchange mode to separate hydroxypiperidine and related impurities. Compounds are monitored by ELSD in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid in the mobile phase.
