Description

HPLC Method for Analysis of of Poly(propylene glycol) bis(2-aminopropyl ether) on Primesep 200 by SIELC Technologies .

Poly(propylene glycol) bis(2-aminopropyl ether) is a hydrophobic polymer with the chemical formula CH 3 CH(NH 2 )CH 2 [OCH 2 CH(CH 3 )] n NH 2 . It is primarily used in preparation of epoxy resins or as a proton acceptor in nanocomposites for CO 2 capture.

Poly(propylene glycol) bis(2-aminopropyl ether) can be retained and analyzed using the Primesep 200 stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocratic method with a simple mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile (MeCN) with a [buffer] buffer. Detection is performed using UV.
