Description

· High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Sodium Selenate .

Sodium Selenate is an inorganic compound with the formula Na 2 SeO 4 . It is used primarily as an ingredient in livestock feed multivitamins to increase selenium intake. Selenium produces a red hue in glass, while Sodium Selenate is often used as a decolorizing agent. It iss also a common ingredient in pesticides.

Sodium Selenate can be retained and analyzed using the Chromni stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocratic method with a simple mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile (MeCN). Detection is performed using ELSD.
