Description

Loratadine is a second-generation histamine H1 receptor antagonist that is used to treat symptoms of “Hay fever”, itching, runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing, etc. Primesep 200, a reverse phase column, contains embedded acidic ionizable groups and can retain Loratadine. The method is UV compatible and can be used as a general approach for analyzing similar compounds.
